I was called in by a manufacturer tech rep to solve an issue with approximately 4,000 square feet of linoleum that had been improperly maintained in a large church. Throughout the floor’s lifetime, there were several turnovers in floorcare providers and the last provider applied the wrong type of floor finish, creating a shiny appearance.
